盛饌起源

古語有云：民以食為天，年紀的增長並不能阻止人們對於美食的追求。聖雅各福群會新推出的「盛饌」，為受吞嚥及咀嚼問題困擾的長者帶來嶄新而尊貴的「營」格用餐體驗，讓他們只須簡單解凍及加熱，即可在家中享受色香味營俱全的軟餐，有營養價值之餘，亦可以減輕照顧者在煮食方面的壓力。


一菜一肉　有營配搭

盛饌提供的多款菜類和肉類造型別緻，絕對能吸引長者的眼球，慕斯質感易於進食，可口的味道更能提升他們的食慾，令他們大快朵頤。而且每款菜類（１００克）包含了４克膳食纖維，其中1.5克水溶性膳食纖維；每款肉類（１００克）包含了１４克蛋白質，配合一碗糊飯或粥，則滿足了長者一餐的營養需要。

 


盛饌指南

儲藏：保持冷藏於攝氏 -18度或以下

解凍方法：連同醬汁杯放置於雪櫃(0-4℃)一晚（最少8小時）。

食用方法：把盛饌倒模到碟上（不銹鋼或玻璃）並移除膠杯，移除醬汁杯蓋並放在碟上，加熱（沸水後慢火蒸20-25分鐘），最後按個人喜好加上醬汁即可享用。

保存期限：6個月
