凝固樂™ 傳統配方食物凝固粉 (Thick & Easy™ Original) 是一款以改性玉米澱粉為基底的增稠劑，是市場上歷史悠久且應用廣泛的選擇，適合幫助吞嚥困難人士安全進食。
1. 傳統配方的特點
  • 成份：主要由改性玉米澱粉及麥芽糊精組成。
  • 外觀與口感：加入液體後，飲品會變得稍微混濁或呈微白色。口感上會帶有一點點澱粉的質感，但不會改變食物原味。
  • 穩定性：雖然能有效增稠，但較容易受唾液中的「澱粉酶」分解。如果攪拌後放置過久，或進食時沾到唾液，稠度可能會略微變稀。
  • 對血糖的影響：由於是澱粉配方，對於需要嚴格控制血糖的人士（如糖尿病人），建議向醫生或營養師諮詢建議用量。
2. 調配與 IDDSI 標準 (每 200 毫升液體)
根據國際吞嚥障礙標準 (IDDSI)，傳統配方的建議用量約為：
  • Level 2 (微稠 / Slightly Thick)：約 1 平匙
